Relay Ball
Relayball is played by two teams made of equal numbers. You can play 1 on 1 or up to 7 on a team. One team is on offense the other defense. Games last about 30 minutes. The objective of the game is to pass the ball around and get it in the goal.
An outdoor basketball court is suggested, but you can find an area which works best for you. It will need to be large enough to allow for running and passing the ball and to have a goal at one end. Zane (the inventor of Relayball) suggests a Lacrosse goal and using a Blitzball (a lightweight small faceted ball). However, you are free to use any available goal and ball. To encourage passing, a rugby or American football, works best. For developing dribbling skills, larger balls like netballs, soccer balls, and basketballs are recommended.
